     Rename "HP_LJ45.ENG" into "HP_LJ45.CDT".

And now, here is the story of this driver:

When I bought my HP LaserJet 5L, I was thinking of using the LaserJet
4 driver brought with Calamus. It worked but a kind of "data traffic jam"
happened when I tried to print several pages the one after the other.

Then I took the old HP_LJIV.CDT driver that I renamed into HP_LJ45.CDT
and a file editor. I added the manual sheet feeding so I simply needed to
press the RETURN key in between two pages.

I was not so handy to have to look after Calamus and the printer. I
used the driver two days long before I confessed that something was wrong.

I searched a solution and I found it: I extended the timeout delay
from 10 seconds to 60 seconds. And it works! No manuel feeding needed
anymore. A so long timeout delay forces Calamus to wait for the printer
until it finishes to print the current sheet.

No matter how quickly Calamus builds the pages, there will be no
problem. I checked this on my Hades060 and even if Calamus says "Printing
page #2" while the page #1 did even not move in the printer yet, it will
wait and there will be no timeout.

While I was digging into the driver with my file editor, I changed the
low resolution from 200 dpi to 300 dpi. (200 dpi were too low!)

Last thing: If the orange LED (Error) starts blinking during printing
and no sheet comes out, you will have to buy a memory upgrade for your
printer! 1 Mb is apparently to small for a full A4 600 dpi sheet (except if
at least a quarter of the sheet remains unused). I can do nothing for you
again this...

NB: The margins written in the CDD file must not be changed, they are
the PHYSICAL margins of the printer ! (I already tested this for you...) ;-)
