* Starcat Developments Atari Jaguar Library v1.3 *
****************************************************************/

This library was created to help beginners getting started and
allowing them to learn Jaguar programming much easier than if
they had to write everything themselves. This library covers
many aspects that are useful to get started. For example graphic
display, text display, joypad reading and many other features.

You need a working Jaguar development environment on your
system to compile the source code and you need a development kit
of some sort to upload the program to your Atari Jaguar System.
For example BJL, Jaguar Server or Alpine Board.
The upload and run address of this release is: $4000
